My name is Dannielle Dupree also known as “Danni” CEO of Defensive Unicorns. I’m originally from Philadelphia and just moved to Georgia two years ago.
I am a female firearm instructor, nurse, proud mother of three boys, and a Domestic violence survivor. I entered the firearms world after being in a long-time abusive marriage that ended in stalking, and feeling helpless with all the right paperwork but still not being safe and protected. Since then I decided to learn to protect myself and my children and teach them how to as well. While training I started helping empower other women. Now I host women empowerment classes, family classes, and even children classes to create a safe space to heal from trauma, or just to learn self-protection while teaching women to become their own first responders.
